Notice to all summer transient vessels - Please be advised that we are no longer offering any weekly or monthly transient rates during the summer. Our daily transient rates are far below any of the other marinas in the immediate area. Also, all of our docks are now behind security gates with fob controlled access.

RATES- VESSELS -TRANSIENT PLEASURE CRAFT 
Daily             $1.00/FT DAY
over 50 feet $1.25/FT DAY


RATES- TRANSIENT CFV (Canadian Fishing Vessel)
Daily            $0.13/FT DAY

There may be limited monthly prepaid rates for the winter months (October 1 to April 30). Check with the office re availability and rates at that time.


Please be advised we require all vessels to provide proof of liability insurance.
Due to uncertain space availability we are no longer accepting reservations for more than a few days in advance of your arrival. You may contact the office a few days in advance to enquire about available space.
 Transient bookings  between June 1 - Sept 1 will be limited to 7 consecutive days.

Sani-Pump Out located on Finger C in the North Basin - Available during business hours
Up to 30 gallons $10.00 Fee
Up to 100 gallons $20.00 Fee


Washrooms and showers on site. -  Walking distance to downtown and museums.
